Youm-e-Bahria

Today on the 8th September in 1965 Pakistan Navy carried out a successful operation which is known as “Operation Dwakra” or “Operation Somnath.” Pakistan Navy calls the day as victorious day because the aggression of Pakistan Navy in the Indian Territory resulted in a huge loss of Indians. Pakistan Navy launched this operation to destroy latest radar systems of Indians installed in the town Dwarka and this objective was achieved by Pak Navy that’s why every year the entire nation celebrates 8th September as Youm-e-Bahria with passion and enthusiasm.
