Pakistan Army has fully launched the operation Khyber-1 and this operation has been launched in the response of recent terrorist attacks in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to government officials of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province the security in the province has been on the high alert since the start of Khyber-1. According to the military sources the first target of the operation is Akakhel area of Bara Tehsil in the Khyber agency. More then 11 miscreants have been killed and their hideouts have been destroyed as part of Khyber-1 operation. On the other hand the operation Zarb-e-Azb is on the way and Pakistan Army continues to secure the main land areas of the North Waziristan Agency.
