MI-17 crash happens due to technical fault: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Major General Asim Bajwa in his latest tweets, told the initial cause of the accident , according to the ISPR, there were three Helicopters, two landed safely but due to technical fault third helicopter crashed while landing.



 Earlier, Four foreigners and two pilots killed in recent MI-17 helicopter crash when Pak-Army helicopter crash-landed on a school in Naltar Valley in Gilgit Baltistan.
According to recent tweets of Director General Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa, total eleven foreigners and six Pakistani passengers were on board. ISPR says the thirteen survivors face varying degrees of injuries. Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has directed local administration and scouts of Gilgit to take part in rescue efforts.
