Corps commander reviews under-construction APS

Multan Corps Commander Lt-Gen Abid Pervaiz reviewed the pace of work on the under-construction Army Public School (APS) Khanewal during a visit here on Sunday. 

According to an ISPR press release, the Corps Commander inspected under-construction Army Public School (APS) Khanewal and directed the authorities concerned to improve facilities. The press release added that the corps commander had performed ground-breaking of the APS Khanewal a few months ago. Purpose of the APS is to provide quality education to students of the South Punjab.
The release informed that another APS was introduced in Sahiwal with the same objective. The project of APS Khanewal is initiated after special interest of Corps Commander Lt-Gen Abid Pervaiz. Initially, education facility from class one to class eight would be introduced at the school. All possible efforts were being made for initiation classes in the ongoing year; recruitment of new teachers is also in progress as per reliable sources and press release. People of the area has expressed pleasure over the establishment of APS also appreciated the efforts of Pakistan army. They hoped that the Pakistan Army would continue extending quality facilities to people of the area.
