RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Army has sent the six-truck consignment to Tharparkar. This was the second consignment of 42 tons of relief items that was dispatched for drought-affected people of Tharparkar from Army Relief Camp, Rawalpindi Garrison.
The six-truck consignment left for Hayderabad for onward dispatch to Tharparkar areas including Chachoro, Diplo, Dali, Islamkot and suburbs of Nagarpar.
According to ISPR, the relief goods include food items, blankets, clean drinking water, medicines and bedding.
