Director General (DG) Inter Services Public relations (ISPR) Major-General Asim Saleem Bajwa on Thursday said that Pakistan Army is conducting an indiscriminate operation against all banned outfits and extremist organisations. He expressed these views in a media briefing in London. 
The DG ISPR said operations against terrorists are continuing successfully. He made it clear that operations would continue until the elimination of terrorism from the country.
DG Bajwa said the attack on the Karachi Airport was the turning point after which the Pakistan Army launched an operation against terrorists. He further said that they would not let Pakistani soil get used against any country.
He said Pakistan Army has made important gains in the Operation Zarb-e-Azb in North Waziristan agency.
Meanwhile, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif called for an action against proscribed organisations and anti- Pakistan elements operating from outside Pakistan. He raised this issue during his meetings with British Prime Minister David Cameron and his National Security adviser Sir Kim Darroch in London.
The army chief also called on UK Secretary of Defence Michael Fallen and held extensive talks with Chief of Defence Staff General Sir Nicholas Houghton.
According to ISPR, regional security, stability, Afghanistan, mutual defence, security co-operation were discussed during the meeting.
