Rafique Rajwana appreciates the professional capability of the Pakistan armed forces.
Lahore Corps Commander Lt. Gen. Naveed Zaman called on the Governor of the Punjab, Malik Rafique Rajwana at the Governor’s House in Lahore on Tuesday morning.
The matter of mutual interest and overall situation of the country were come under discussion.
Talking to him, the Governor praised the professional capability of the Pakistan armed forces.
He said that the Pakistan Army is rendering valuable services and giving unprecedented sacrifices in the operation Zarb-e-Azb and thousands of our soldiers have laid their lives while fighting against the terrorists.
He said that the armed forces of Pakistan have achieved splinted victories in the war against terrorism.
He said that the Pakistan Army also played an active and key role in the global peace and it has taken part the most in the UN missions across the world.
The Governor said that the whole nation is standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the political and military leadership in the war against terrorism.
The Corps Commander extended heartiest congratulations to Rafique Rajwana on assuming the office Governor.
