There are political challenges in implementing NAP against terrorists: DG ISPR

 Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asim Bajwa has said that there are political challenges in implementing the National Action Plan (NAP) against terrorists,


DG ISPR Asim Bajwa has said that the credit of stopping the terrorists’ financial assistance goes to the National Action Plan. He said that there are political challenges in implementing the action plan against the terrorists.
The statements were made by the ISPR head in an interview to a Russian news agency.
He also said that that pilot programs against terrorist networks were launched by the armed forces whose scope has been extended to the national level.

Asim Bajwa, terming the visit of Pakistan Army delegation to Russia as positive, adding that the country wants to finalize an agreement seeking to buy military equipment from the Russian federation.
