Pakistan has the strongest and most capable army: Rehman Malik

ISLAMABAD:  Chairman Senate Standing Committee on Interior and former interior minister Senator A. Rehman Malik has highly commended and saluted the bravery and sacrifices of Pakistan’s Armed Forces Jawan and Officers fighting war against the Taliban whom he always calls ‘The Zaliman’ (The cruel).

In a statement on the completion of one year of Zarb-e-Azb, Senator A. Rehman Malik said that Zarbi-e-Azb was a very good decision and the results are as per the nation expectations. “We will continue this fight till the last terrorist is killed. We stand by our Armed Forces shoulder by shoulder”, said Rehman Malik.
He said that the commitment with 144 children, who were hardheartedly killed in Army Public School Peshawar lasts forever that no mercy will be shown for their barbaric killers.
PPP’s Senior Leader insisted the Federal and Provincial Government to look into the problems of IDPs and to provide them with maximum support and minimize their problems as the sacrifices of tribesmen during the war against terrorists are not ignorable. He said that in the era of PPP, a successful operation was accomplished in Malakand and Swat and the IDPs were settled back soon in their respective areas without any kind of humiliation and negligence.
He further said that Pakistan is a nuclear power and has a strongest and most capable Army and added that the PM of India, Mr. Narrender Modi, mustn’t check the country’s patience by issuing anti-Pakistan statements.
“PM Modi must play a positive role for peace rather inciting hate” said Rehman Malik. He said India must stop its interference in Pakistan’s internal affairs especially in creating chaos in Baluchistan and FATA. For its illegal and illicit interference in 1971 as confessed by PM Modi, the government of Pakistan must take India to International Courts and before the United Nations.
