ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday chaired a high-level meeting at the PM House to discuss ongoing operations and the National Action Plan (NAP) to combat terrorism.
The meeting was attended by Minister for Interior, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Minister for Finance, Ishaq Dar; Minister for Defence, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Chief of Army Staff, General Raheel Sharif and DG ISI, Lt. General Rizwan Akhtar along with other senior civil and military officials.
They reviewed progress on operation Zarb-e-Azb and discussed matters relating to the return of Temporarily Displaced Persons (TDPs). The meeting also reviewed progress on National Action Plan and discussed measures for its more effective implementation.
